India got a sanatani hero in the name of Megastar Aazaad through Aham Brahmasmi
6th of September, the day which witnessed the herald of a new historical era of first mainstream feature film in Sanskrit language in the history of world cinema, Aham Brahmasmi, written and acted by the much acclaimed Megastar Aazaad and is produced by the legendary film company also called as Pillar of Indian Cinema, The Bombay Talkies Studios along with the nationalist Filmmaker Kamini Dube. The emergence of Brahmasmi, along with Har Har Mahadev and Jayatu Sanskrit, in the city of Kashi of Devadhidev Shankar, proved that even after thousands of years of slavery, India's connection with its roots is still intact.
Kashi whole heartedly welcomed Aham Brahmasmi and the tall and handsome Megastar Aazaad. Premiere of Aham Brahmasmi was performed with chanting and spiritual actions. Not only Sanskrit scholars and students but all the children-old-young and Sanskrit-loving boys and girls participated with full enthusiasm considering the performance of Aham Brahmasmi as their national and culture religion. The Kashiwashi’s made it the rarest event in history by expressing their outcry towards Sanskrit and culture with the Slogans. The presence of Aazaad, a military school student and Sanatani nationalist filmmaker during the performance of Aham Brahmasmi, filled the audience with historical passion. Thousands of thousands people standing for tickets were seen vying to shake hands with Aazaad and take selfies in the long queues, but despite heavy crowds, they were holding on to discipline.
It seems that after decades, the Sanatani audience has got their Sanatani hero as Megastar Aazaad. Those who understood Sanskrit as the language of worship and rituals were unable to understand what is Aazaad's cinematic magic about Sanskrit and culture, which is speaking to the heads of the youth as well as the elders? The audience, dancing to the Sanskrit songs, clapping on each of Aazaad's dialogues, was ecstatic and was seen for the first time repeating the Sanskrit dialogues. The swirling waves of the Ganga filled the hearts of Sanskrit lovers. One was Sanskrit, then film, and above all, Aazaad's presence himself was not a work of any Mani-Kanchan yoga. The nationalist atmosphere that Aazaad created with his previous film Rashtraputra was a rebellion against the exploitation and suppression of Sanatanis for centuries. In JNU amidst of the enemies of country, religion and culture, Aazaad and his team raised the slogan Vande Mataram like they are writing a new record of nationalism. When the concept of nationalism flourishes, it gives rise to nationalist governments in country, also disgusting defeat and death of appeasementists occurs, nation thinks in its own language and the nationalist filmmaker considering it as nationalism create a film in Sanskrit full of cultural nationalism and the audience assimilate that cultural creation and makes it attainable for the filmmakers.
